EVERY building begins on TRUE 4"x6" dip pressure treated notched runners. These notches house our very strong 2"x6" pressure treated floor joists that are 16" o.c. and 12"o.c. on all garages.
We only use DIP PRESSURE treated lumber and that's carried through to the sanded 5/8" pressure treated flooring in all our buildings. You will NEVER see the ground through our flooring as we use blocking between each seam. Each building is professionally assembled using galvanized ring shank nails. All Pressure treated lumber carries a lifetime wood rot and insect decay warranty.
A Graceland EXCLUSIVE is the all new "Continuous Side Soffit" venting included on both sides of your building where the siding meets the roofline. This feature along with standard roof top vents gives each building true rotational air flow and helps keep interior temperatures 10 -15 degrees cooler in the hot summer months. This also GREATLY reduces the amount of moisture and chances of mold in your building. Noone else even comes close to a building this well built!
Another Graceland Building EXCLUSIVE OPTION is our UV protective coated roof sheathing. This is an ALL NEW material specifically designed to deflect up to 97% of heat that enters through the roof back through the roof and NOT into the building. This further reduces the inside temperature up to 30 degrees in the summer months. This option is available on our shingle AND metal roofs!!!
Stud work in your building is done with the very best quality CLEAR pine lumber from select harvested forests to ensure true straight walls. Every other stud is double studded to give each sheet of siding 3 FULL 2"x4" studs. ALL window and door casings are double studded as well. Our walls and floors are so strong you can kick them - jump up and down inside the building - You will not feel or see any movement in the structure!
